Experienced in:

1. Building proprietary technology on top of open-source and standards-based toolsets;
2. Some of Java, EJB, XML/XSL, OODBMS;
3. Developing consumer-facing e-business or e-commerce services
4. Assessing consumer requirements;
5. Managing a team of at least 5 staff for more than 2 years including staff at remote office locations or customer sites;
6. Experience in writing Management Reports;
7. Extreme Programming or similar methodologies;
8. Presentations to senior staff;


Person specifics:
1. Educated to degree level, prefer for Computer Science or similar
2. Energetic, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
3. Focused on achievement and successful output / conclusions


Salary: up to £40k per annum
Location: London and Bournemouth
